I'm Trang, I'm on a journey of practising and listening to my body, myself and Yoga helps me understand and explain myself more clearly, listen and love myself more. Hello, my name is Vo Thanh Tuyen. I am currently working at the Department of Musculoskeletal and Rheumatology at People's Hospital 115. I have practised yoga for 7 years and am starting my path as a yoga instructor. Remembering the first day of class, summer 2016, I couldn't even touch my hands to the ground in a standing forward bend position (Uttanasana). Until now, practicing yoga has helped me a lot, changed my worldview and given me valuable friends. Professionally, I graduated as a General Internal Medicine Resident in 2021 and worked in the Musculoskeletal Department for 5 years. With yoga, I completed the Hatha yoga instructor class of the Department of Culture and Sports in 2017, participated in the Nguyen Van Huong Nutrition Certificate organized by Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy, and participated in the 200-hour training course on Medical Health in Ho Chi Minh City. Vietnam 2021. Coming back to being a musculoskeletal doctor, I see 3 things that I want to share with everyone: As you get older but muscle can still create new ones, joints will remain flexible through exercise, You can always be a better version of yourself- if you want to. I want everyone to prevent disease rather than cure it, to become my students rather than my patients. I want to teach yoga to patients - bringing real benefits from drug-free treatment. But… in reality, if you don't exercise even when you are "healthy", will you exercise when you are "sick"? I'm worried and hesitant, but I will still try my best for my patients and my teammates - those who see yoga as breathing. Appreciate and be grateful every day.

🌿The reason I came to Yoga is to better understand the body, to return to my own breathing and meditation. Coming from a dancer background, I have suffered from many injuries due to intense physical activities and combined with my hot temper, I wanted to change myself. 🌿Change is never too late, the important thing is that you dare to change yourself for the better. In 2023, I completed the 200-hour Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga instructor training course. And still continuing to learn more and practise more from my predecessors. 🌿 What I enjoy most when coming to Yoga is gratitude. Practice gratitude every day. Be grateful for the things we receive from life whether it is joy or sadness. Be grateful for your imperfections, because that is the motivation for you to try to be better every day

🌿I'm Nguyen - on the healing path, students often call me Ms. Sol. Luckily, I was able to experience my difficult and challenging events at a relatively young age. Standing in the position of having nothing left and nothing to lose, I received healing from Zen master Minh Niem's sermons, searched for hidden life in nature, and searched for meditation methods from many different sources. I began the journey of healing myself, turning inwards, and overcoming the stages of almost letting go of my own life.

🌿From there, I want to share what I've been lucky enough to learn and continue my search. After that, I learned about classical yoga and graduated from a 200-hour course in Vietnam. In the process of starting to learn and research many different paths of yoga such as astranga, pranayama, modern yoga. The process of contemplation and practice, teaching many lesson plans and realizing one's own happiness in the process of sharing Classical yoga, breathing exercises and meditation with students.

🌿Continuing my journey of deeper healing, fate led me to the wonderful sounds of the Nepali singing bowls, the sound that when I close my eyes...everything inside me returns to a strange peace and serenity. period. With dedicated teaching from the teachers, I graduated from the in-depth training course in Nepali singing bowls therapy, psychotherapy and became a sound therapist today.

🌿When the sound from the singing bowls ring, when you listen to the stories of your clients, when you accompany and support them through the darkest journey in life or simply to help you have Get balanced sleep. Their smiles and peaceful happiness for me after finishing the treatment course made me more confident in the mission I was aiming for.

🌿“Flexibility in each yoga movement, deep breathing and feeling that comes with a calm and stable mind, balanced energy axis” is a wonderful thing that I hope to spread to a wider community. More because in this extremely hasty modern society, we really need a place to live "slowly" and love ourselves.
